Timezone Rewards & Membership Benefits

1. What is Activation Fee?

The Activation Fee is applicable only for Gold and Platinum membership upgrades. Once the fee is paid at a Timezone venue, the membership tier benefits are activated.

• Gold Membership: ₹400 activation fee, which is credited back as an equivalent value of game credits.
• Platinum Membership: ₹5,000 activation fee, which is credited back as an equivalent value of game credits.

2. What are Reward Points?

Reward Points are calculated based on the total net load accumulated on your Timezone Powercard. Reward Points are calculated excluding taxes and any bonus game credits received through promotional offers.

Example:
If you purchase a reload offer worth ₹1,300 and receive a total balance of ₹1,400 in game credits, the Reward Points will be calculated on the net load amount of₹1,300  i.e. ₹1,100 (excluding taxes and promotional bonus credits).

3. How does Timezone Rewards work?

You can join Timezone Rewards by registering your Timezone Powercard on Fun App
There are four membership tiers:

Welcome
Start your fun journey with Timezone. Purchase and register a Timezone Powercard online to be enrolled in the Welcome Tier.

Blue Elite
Purchase a direct Blue Elite card at ₹3,000 to upgrade to the Blue Elite Tier with reward points above 2542 credits and above.

Gold
Upgrade to Gold by:

• Achieving a cumulative spend of 8,474 and above or
• Purchasing a Gold Membership directly for ₹10,000.
  

Platinum
Unlock premium benefits by:

• Achieving a cumulative spend of 38,000 and above or
• Purchasing a Platinum Membership directly for ₹45,000.

4. What is the validity of reward benefit offers?

Reward Benefit offers are issued during the first year of your Rewards Membership.

• Gold and Platinum members are eligible to receive benefits for an additional year from their joining date.
• Offer eligibility and validity may vary across membership tiers (Blue Elite, Gold, and Platinum).
• Each offer is valid for a limited period, as specified in your Timezone Fun App account.

5. How do I join Timezone Rewards membership?

Create an account through the Member Portal or download the Timezone Fun App. Add and register your Powercard to start earning Rewards benefits.

6. How do I start receiving Timezone Digital  Rewards?

Link your Powercard to your Timezone Fun App account within 48 hours of card issuance to start receiving Digital Rewards and exclusive offers.

7. How do I check My Reward points?

You can check your Reward Points by:

• Logging into the Timezone Fun App and linking your Powercard, or
• Visiting any Timezone venue for assistance.

8. What is the Platinum redemption privilege?

Platinum members receive a 2% discount on the ticket redemption value of merchandise available at Timezone Prize shop. The privilege isn’t applicable for merchandise with ticket value below 50 tickets.

9. What is the Platinum redemption privilege?

The Monthly Free Parking benefit is an exclusive reward for Platinum Members.
Members who visit a Timezone venue during a calendar month will receive a complimentary voucher worth 100 game credits in the following month through the Timezone Fun App. The voucher value is designed to offset the average parking cost and can be redeemed directly through the app. The voucher shall be issued on 5th of the consecutive month.

1. Will my Timezone game credits & E-tickets expire?

Yes. Game credits and e-tickets will expire if your Powercard remains inactive for 12 consecutive months from the last date of use.

2. What are daily free games?

Daily Free Games are an exclusive benefit for Gold and Platinum Members.

• Gold Members: 2 free games per day
• Platinum Members: 5 free games per day

Free games are applicable on Video Games and Attractions, excluding: Bowling  | Highway 66  | Hologate and Photo vending games.

This benefit becomes active from the month following your membership activation and requires a minimum monthly spend of:

• ₹900(net of tax) for Gold Members
• ₹2000 (net of taxes) for Platinum Members

Please note that reloads made through the Timezone Fun App do not qualify towards the minimum spend requirement for Daily Free Games. The benefits of free games starts the next day of the reload at Timezone venue.

3. How do I know when I am eligible to be upgraded to the next membership tier?

You can view your current membership tier and Reward Points balance through the Timezone Fun App or Member Portal.

Once you reach the required Reward Points threshold, please visit your nearest Timezone venue, where our team will assist you with the membership upgrade process.

4. Can I accumulate my unredeemed free games?

No. Daily Free Games are not cumulative. Any unused free games will expire at the end of the day and will refresh the following day.

The feature of daily free games is restricted to reload done at the specific venue and cannot be split amongst venues. 

5. How can I avail the Platinum Skip the Queue on Bowling reward?

Platinum Members receive priority access to bowling through a voucher issued in the Timezone Fun App.

• Maximum of 2 priority bowling accesses per month
• Visit a participating bowling venue and present the voucher to redeem
• Benefit is not valid during promotional periods, public holidays, or blackout dates
• Priority access is subject to lane availability and does not interrupt an ongoing game
  

1. How often can I use my discount on birthday party package?

The Birthday Party Package discount is available exclusively to Blue Elite, Gold, and Platinum Members and can be redeemed once by presenting the e-voucher available in the Timezone Fun App.

Maximum Discount

• Blue Elite & Gold Members: Up to ₹6,250 per birthday party booking
• Platinum Members: Up to ₹10,000 per birthday party booking

Additional Terms
Effective 1 December 2025, Birthday Party discounts for Blue Elite and Gold Members on Lite Party Packages priced at ₹999 per person will be applicable only on bookings of 20 or more guests.

2. How do I get my birthday rewards?

To be eligible, ensure that your Date of Birth is registered in the Member Portal or Timezone Fun App at least 7 days  before 1st of your birthday month.

Your Birthday Reward voucher will be issued in the Vouchers section of the Timezone Fun App. Simply present the voucher at your nearest Timezone venue to redeem your reward.

Important Notes

• Birthday Rewards are issued per member, not per card.
• If multiple Powercards are linked to the same account, the Birthday Reward can only be redeemed once.
• The voucher is valid for one month from the date of issue.
• If you hold multiple memberships, only the reward associated with your highest membership tier will be issued.

Example:
If you have two Gold memberships and one Platinum membership linked to the same account, you will receive one Birthday Reward voucher based on Platinum membership benefits.
