• Redemption Details

  • Free gifts (Red Packets and Lucky Horse Charms) are available in limited quantities and designs.
  • Designs are randomly distributed and cannot be chosen.
  • Lucky Horse Charms include one (1) secret rare design, which is not guaranteed.
  • Free gifts must be collected at the point of purchase from the Timezone Fun Squad.
  • Receipts cannot be combined to redeem gifts.
    No exchanges or refunds are allowed for free gifts.
    The Abalone add‑on ($12.80) is only valid with the “Buy $88, Get $128” reload in a single transaction.
  • 100 Lucky Golden Tickets are available across all participating venues.
  • Only the 'Joyful Fortune' Golden Ticket (red‑border edition) is valid for redemption
  • Guests who find a Golden Ticket may redeem it for a $100 shopping voucher at the venue counter from 1 February to 18 February 2026. Strictly no extensions will be granted.
  • All items are issued on a first‑come, first‑served basis, while stocks last.
  • Lost, damaged, or defaced Golden Tickets will not be replaced.
  • Promotional reloads must be completed in a single transaction.
  • Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  • Timezone may substitute premiums with items of equivalent value if stocks run out.
  • Promotion is not applicable to corporate, bulk, or event bookings, unless otherwise stated.
  • All items are issued on a first‑come, first‑served basis, while stocks last.

• General Terms and Conditions

  • The Timezone Powercard, credits, and e-Tickets will expire if they are not used for 12 months, without any top-up/ game transactions.
  • Timezone reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • By participating, guests agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
  • All decisions made by Timezone regarding the promotion are final.

Eligibility

• Golden Tickets are randomly inserted into selected Lucky Horse Charm Blind Boxes.
• Limited to 100 Golden Tickets across all participating venues.
• Only Golden Tickets from the 'Joyful Fortune' campaign (red border design) received from 1 February – 18 February 2026 are valid for redemption. Golden Tickets from previous campaigns will not be accepted.

Redemption

• Each Golden Ticket can be redeemed for one (1) $100 eCapitaVoucher.
• Present both items at the venue counter:
  • Your physical Timezone Powercard
  • The original Golden Ticket
• Golden Tickets will be punch‑holed after successful redemption. Photocopies or digital versions will not be accepted.
• A confirmation email will be sent upon registration within 3 to 7 working days — please reply within 7 working days. Non-response will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Voucher Delivery

• The voucher will be issued in the form of $100 eCapitaVoucher.
• Delivery of the e-voucher will be made within 3 to 7 working days from the date of claim to the email address provided by the winner.
• No extensions will be granted beyond the campaign period.

Voucher Usage

• eCapitaVouchers are valid for use at participating CapitaLand merchants.
• Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, game credits, or other Timezone merchandise.
• Lost or expired vouchers will not be replaced.

General Terms and Conditions

• Contact details provided during redemption will be used strictly and exclusively for the purpose of verifying winners and delivering the $100 eCapitaVoucher. Timezone will not use this information for marketing or any other unrelated purposes.
• Timezone reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Golden Ticket before issuing the voucher.
• Timezone reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• By participating, guests agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
