Q: How do I join the Reward Race?

Just reload your Powercard through the Fun App. Your first reload puts you in the race — rewards start from your second reload onwards! Reload up to 4 times to receive all 3 exciting rewards!

Q: What rewards will I get?

You’ll earn a reward with each reload from the 2nd to the 4th:

• 1st reload → Kickstart your race!

• 2nd reload → $10 Game Credits

• 3rd reload → 1,000 e-Tickets

• 4th reload → $10 FairPrice voucher

Q: Do I need to reload all at once?

Nope! You can reload at your own pace. Just make sure you complete 4 reloads during the campaign period to unlock all rewards.

Q: How do I claim my rewards?

Rewards for $10 Game Credits and 1,000 e-Tickets will be automatically credited to your Timezone Fun App account in 3 working days after each qualifying reload. You’ll receive an e-voucher in the app. Click “Redeem”, and the reward will be instantly credited to your Powercard.

For the $10 FairPrice voucher (Lap 4 reward), you’ll need to redeem it in person at any Timezone venue by 31 October 2025. Simply present your e-voucher in the Fun App (screenshots will not be accepted).

Q: Can I use the Double Deals and still qualify for the Reward Race?

Yes! Double Deals reloads ($100 or $200) count as eligible transactions in the Reward Race, as long as they are reloaded via the Timezone Fun App.

Q: Can I reload at a Timezone venue and still receive the rewards?

No. Only reloads made through the Fun App will count towards the Reward Race and unlock rewards.

Q: I reloaded more than 4 times. Can I receive more than 3 rewards?

No. Rewards are limited to one per qualifying transaction, and only up to 3 rewards per guest.

Q: I have multiple Powercards under the same Timezone account. If I reload 4 times on Powercard A and another 4 times on Powercard B, can I receive double the rewards?

No. Rewards are limited to one Timezone member, regardless of how many Powercards you own or reload.

• This campaign is open to all Timezone members with an active Timezone Fun App account. Non-members or guests without the Timezone Fun App are not eligible.
• The Reload and Race To Rewards campaign is valid from 25 September 2025 to 17 October 2025. Transactions (reloads) made before or after this period will not be eligible for rewards.
• Guests must complete 4 separate transactions via the Fun App to qualify for all rewards.
• Rewards are issued starting from the 2nd transaction.
• Each transaction counts as one lap in the Reward Race:

• All rewards will be automatically credited to the Timezone Fun App account in 3 working days after each qualifying reload.
• Guests will receive an e-voucher in the Fun App. To claim, simply tap “Redeem” and the reward will be credited to your Powercard.
• The $10 FairPrice voucher (Lap 4 reward) must be redeemed in person at any Timezone venue by 31 October 2025.Guests must present the e-voucher in the Fun App at the counter. Screenshots will not be accepted.
• All rewards must be redeemed by 31 October 2025. No extensions are allowed.

• Rewards are limited to one (1) per qualifying transaction, with a maximum of three (3) rewards per guest.
  Rewards are limited to one (1) Timezone member, regardless of the number of Powercards owned.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Timezone reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In case of disputes, Timezone’s decision is final.
