What is the validity of my Timezone Powercard?

Your Powercard will expire if there is no activity or transaction for 12 months. However, each time you use your card, the validity is extended for another 12 months from the date of your last activity.

What happens if I don’t visit a Timezone location for 12 months?

If your Powercard remains inactive for 12 months, any Tizo and e-tickets stored on the card will expire. To keep your balance active, simply use or top up your card within that period.

What is meant by Timezone transactions?

Timezone transactions are the activities you make using your Powercard. These include:

Topping up or purchasing Tizo
Playing games at the venue
Redeeming prizes at the Souvenir Shop

Can I still top up my Powercard if it hasn’t been used for a long time?

Yes, your Powercard can still be topped up even if it hasn’t been used for over 12 months. However, please note that any expired balances or tickets may no longer be available.

What is the minimum purchase if I don’t have a Powercard?

If you don’t have a Powercard yet, you can purchase any available play package at a Timezone venue. A Powercard will be provided to you along with your purchase.

Can I use a Powercard at all Timezone locations?

Absolutely! Your Powercard can be used at all Timezone venues within the same country. Any Tizo or e-tickets stored on your card can be used at any Timezone location across Indonesia.

What is Tizo?

Tizo is Timezone’s new credit system used on Powercards. Instead of rupiah, games are priced in Tizo, which also reflects your balance, bonuses, and remaining credits on your card.

How much Tizo will I get if I buy IDR 75,000 at the cashier?

With a conversion rate of 1 Tizo = IDR 1,000, you will receive 75 Tizo for IDR 75,000.

Please note that during promotions or when purchasing special play packages, you may receive additional bonus Tizo based on the current offer.

TICKET & E-TICKET

How do I get tickets or e-tickets?

All tickets (Powertickets) are automatically stored electronically on your Powercard after you finish playing a game. At some Timezone locations, certain machines may still issue paper tickets. These can be converted into Powertickets using the ticket counting machines available in-store, which will then transfer the value directly to your Powercard.

How do I exchange my e-tickets for a prize?

It’s easy! Just bring your Powercard to the counter, and our team will check your ticket balance for you. Then, head over to the Souvenir Shop and pick your favorite prizes based on your tickets. 🎁

Not ready to redeem? Your tickets will stay safely stored on your card and can be saved up for next time. Just remember—Powertickets expire 12 months after your last card activity.
