Entry is subject to management approval and venue rules. Timezone may refuse entry or remove guests for unsafe, disruptive, offensive, or unlawful behavior.
Can I bring food, drinks, or professional cameras?
No. Food, beverages, and professional cameras are not allowed unless prior permission is obtained from management.
Can Timezone inspect my belongings?
Yes. Management may inspect bags on entry and exit for security purposes.
Are children allowed to visit alone?
Parents, guardians, or responsible adults are accountable for children under their supervision.Unaccompanied children in school uniforms are discouraged from attending.
Can children make purchases?
Children under 10 years old cannot conduct financial transactions at Timezone venues.
Is Timezone responsible for personal injury or loss of property?
Timezone takes reasonable measures to ensure safety but limits its liability for loss, damage, or injury to the extent permitted by law.
Can I combine balances from multiple Powercards?
Credits and balances cannot be merged or split between cards. However, Powertickets from multiple cards can be combined when redeeming merchandise.
When does a Powercard expire?
Powercards expire 12 months after their last in-venue use. Any unused credits, bonus balances, and Powertickets will be forfeited upon expiry.
Does reloading through the Fun App extend expiration?

What is a Powercard?
A Powercard is Timezone's game card used to store game credits, bonus credits, and Powertickets.
What happens if I lose my Powercard?
A replacement fee may apply for lost or forgotten registered cards. Damaged cards can generally be replaced free if physically presented.
Can I use my Powercard at any Timezone in India?
Yes. Unused balances can be used across Timezone venues in India.
Can Powercard balances be exchanged for cash?
No. Credits, bonus balances, and Powertickets are not redeemable for cash.

How do I redeem Powertickets for a prize?
Simply take your Powercard to the cash counter and the customer service assistant will advise you of the amount of tickets you have available. You can then choose prizes from the redemption counter up to the value of the tickets you have available. If you do not wish to spend your Powertickets at that time they will remain on the card and any more power tickets won will accumulate. Powertickets have a 12 month expiry.
Can I use my credit and Powertickets at other Timezone locations?
Yes, both active balance and Powertickets can be used at all stores in India.
What is bonus balance?
Bonus balance is an additional balance added to your card when you load up in store or when you purchase a promotional product in store. This is additional credit awarded to you, can be used to play all games in store except bowling. And the bonus balance offers are subject to particular load based denominations.
How can I check my Powercard balance online?
Register your Powercard via our website or the Fun App to track your balance at any time.
Do promotions apply everywhere?
Most promotions apply across India, but some may vary by location.
Are promotions available during holidays?
Certain offers, such as Half Price Tuesday, 9 or 99 and some weekday promotions, are not valid during holidays.
Can promotional rules change?
Yes. Timezone may modify promotions, pricing, and promotional terms at any time.
Can I request merchandise not currently available?
Yes. Guests may request merchandise up to ₹10,000 MRP, subject to Timezone approval.
Can redeemed prizes be returned?
No, unless the product has a manufacturing defect confirmed by Timezone.
Can I continuously occupy a game machine?
No. Timezone expects guests to share access to games and attractions fairly with others.
What happens if someone deliberately damages equipment?
Timezone may recover repair or replacement costs from the responsible guest.
Can prizes be denied for misuse of games?
Yes. Attempts to bypass game rules or gain unfair advantages may lead to disqualification from rewards or prizes. [timezonegames.com]
How do I apply for job at Timezone?
Please use the Contact Us form on our website and follow the prompts to apply for a job at Timezone. Or you can apply directly in-store.
Rewards are calculated based on the net amount loaded onto your Powercard. Taxes and bonus credits received through offers or promotions are excluded from the rewards calculation. For example, if you load ₹1,100, rewards are calculated on approximately ₹932 after applicable taxes are excluded.
Yes. To access Gold-tier benefits and rewards, you must pay a one-time Gold activation fee of ₹400 when upgrading your Powercard.
No. Rewards and benefits are only available on active Powercards.
Gold members are eligible for two free games per day on selected game categories defined by Timezone. This benefit begins in the month following the Gold upgrade.
To continue receiving daily free games, you must load at least ₹900 net value per month (excluding taxes and bonus credits) onto your Gold Powercard at a Timezone venue. Reloads made through the Fun App do not count toward this requirement.

Yes. Blue and Gold members must register their Powercard through the Timezone Fun App to qualify for rewards.
Reward offers are issued during the first 12 months of membership. The validity period varies depending on the membership tier (Blue Elite, or Gold) and is shown in the Timezone Fun App.
Yes. Gold members who registered after 1 April 2023 qualify for an additional 12 months of rewards, beyond the standard first 12 months.
Digital rewards are not transferred when a Powercard is reissued.
Reward vouchers can only be redeemed at Timezone venues in India
No. Only purchases made and paid for directly at Timezone venues qualify for tier benefits and upgrades. Gift card vouchers do not earn rewards benefits.
Yes. Timezone reserves the right to modify or update the rewards program terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Birthday party discounts are available exclusively to eligible Blue Elite and Gold members. The discount is redeemed by showing the applicable e-voucher in the Timezone Fun App at the venue.
The discount is valid for one-time use only.
The maximum discount that can be claimed on a birthday party booking is ₹6,250.
Yes. From 1 December 2025, Blue Elite and Gold members can receive birthday party discounts on Lite Party Packages priced at ₹999 per person only when a minimum of 20 packages are booked.
Balance due is to be paid on the day of the party, before it starts.
No, you just pay for the total number of guests provided it is more than 10 which is the minimum required for a party.
Yes, but only for the remaining duration of the booked party session.
Bookings are received 2 weeks in advance normally, however we will do our best to accommodate your booking in a short notice.
If canceled more than 15 days before the event, the ₹5,000 advance is refundable. If canceled within 15 days, the amount is refunded as Powercard credit.
It is best to arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time in order not to affect any other parties schedules.

How does the sign up bonus work?
1. What are the features of the Timezone Fun App?
Timezone Fun app gives you the ability to reload your Powercards, receive e-vouchers for reward benefits, view and track all your Powercards, play and win prizes and receive offers and special deals directly on your mobile device. Once you've installed the Timezone Fun app, you'll also have the ability to receive notifications for exclusive deals and explore our venue locations.
2. Is the Timezone Fun app secure?
The Timezone Fun App uses global online payment providers which are certified with level one PCI DSS compliance, the highest level of encryption available. This ensures that all payment data is safeguarded. For authentication, Timezone has implemented multi-factor authentication (MFA) that requires a user to provide two or more verification factors to gain access to the application. This is used to protect and secure user data.
3. Is my Timezone Fun app the latest version?
If your Timezone Fun app is no longer working, you may be using an outdated version that is no longer supported. Please download the latest version from App Store or Google Play by searching for the app by name and clicking on update.
4. How do I get the Timezone Fun app for my phone?
Download the Timezone Fun app on your Apple iOS device from the Apple App Store or on your Android device from Google Play. Our Mobile App is completely free to download and install.
5. How can I comment or give feedback about my Timezone Fun app experience?

6. Can I use the Timezone Fun app on multiple devices?

1. Will in-app Reloads be reflected on my card?
Yes! Your new balance will be updated, and you will also be able to check your balance in a venue by tapping your Powercard at a check balance station or asking our team to check your balance.
2. Will I be able to use my reload immediately?
Yes! Your online reload will be added to your Powercard instantaneously and you can enjoy playing your favourite games at venue right away. Sometimes there can be lag of few minutes in such case our Funsquad team shall be happy to help
3. What if my transaction does not go through?
Please check if your credit card has been charged. If it has, please contact us at in.appsupport@teeg.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.
4. How do I reload my card?
In the Timezone Fun App, click on the Reload tab. Toggle the top list to select the Powercard you want to reload. View all the reload offers available and select the Powercard you want and proceed with the payment process.
5. Can I get a refund?
Ensure that your Fun Account is secure as all in-app card reloads are non-refundable and non-transferable to another Powercard.
1. My Powercard colour or tier is incorrect.
The card that you see in the app reflects the card that you are holding. If you are already qualified for an upgrade, please head to any Timezone venue for a new Powercard. Once you have had your card reissued onto a new Powercard, your Powercard will automatically be added to your account to track and receive rewards in next 24 hours.
Your old Powercard will automatically be removed from your account in 24-48 hours.
2. I did not receive my birthday rewards benefits.
Birthday rewards are applicable only for guests who have installed the app and updated their profile. Birthdate needs to be updated 30 days prior to your respective birthday month. Flash the voucher code and redeem them at your favourite Timezone venue. Pls note even if you have multiple cards, birthday rewards are applicable only once.
1. Where are my registered Powercards?
Ensure that you have registered your new app account with the same email or mobile number with which your Powercards were previously registered. Once this is done, you will find all your registered Powercards in your app.
2. My Powercard balances are incorrect.
Balances may take some time to appear in the app. If it does not reflect after 24 hours, please contact us, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
3. I cannot add my Powercard
If you receive an error message, try to enter the Powercard number and CVV again, manually. If the error persists, please contact us, and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
4. How do I check my Powercard balance?
Checking your Powercard balance is quick and easy! Sign in to your Timezone account, go to the Powercard section and select the card you wish to view the balance on. Swipe right/left to switch between Powercards.
5. How do I add a Powercard?
Using the Timezone Fun App, click the Powercards tab at the bottom of the screen and navigate to the right where you can see "+ Add a Powercard" you can allow the camera function to scan your card number automatically. You will have to enter your CVV number and add a nickname for the Powercard manually.
6. Does my Powercard balance expire?
Powercards will expire 12 months from the last in-venue use date, at which time any unused balance and Powertickets will be forfeited. App reloads do not count towards extending your Powercard expiry.
1. Where can I find my e-vouchers?
In the Timezone Fun App home screen, select the “My vouchers” option at the top left of the screen to view your active e-vouchers. Click “View all” to see all vouchers and toggle to view Active, Redeemed, or Expired vouchers.
2. How do I redeem my e-vouchers?
Just present your registered Powercard and e-voucher at any Timezone venue to redeem by scanning the voucher barcode on your app. Kindly refer the terms and conditions for specific vouchers. Voucher once expired cannot be activated again.
1. My birthdate is incorrect in my account. How can I change this?
We are happy to review this change for you. Please contact us with your photo identification stating your correct birthdate, and we will update it as soon as possible.
2. How can I update my email address and mobile number?
Sign in to your Fun account via the Timezone guest portal https://portal.timezonegames.com. Click on the "My Profile" tab. To add a new email or mobile, click on "or you can add a new one". Enter your new email or mobile number, and click verify. Enter the one time password you receive and confirm.
3. How can I change my password?
In the Timezone Fun App, click Account > Profile > Change password. Provide your login information (email or mobile), click on Send verification code. Enter the code you received and continue with changing your password. Never share your login details with anyone.

2. What data will be deleted when I delete my account?
We will delete all data associated with your account, subject to legal or regulatory requirements. This may include information like your profile information such as username, date of birth, preferences, and any data you have created during sign-up.
3. How long does it take to delete my account data?
There are two ways to delete your account:
In-App Deletion: The Account is deleted immediately.
Webform Request. The account will be deleted within 7 working days, and the requester will receive confirmation via email from the Fun Squad once the deletion process is completed.
4. What Happens if I delete my account?
Profile: Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated data with your account and Timezone will no longer have any of your account information such as your username, email address, phone number and date of birth. Once the delete process is complete, it cannot be undone. If a guest needs to create an account using the same email or phone number, they can simply sign up again on the Timezone Fun App or Member Portal.
Card: Any card linked to your account will be deleted and will no longer be eligible for any rewards linked to that card.
Gift cards can be redeemed only at Timezone venues in India.
No. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold.
Gift cards expire 12 months from the issue date, and any remaining balance is forfeited.
No. Lost, altered, damaged, or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Proof of purchase is provided to you on your email as soon as you make your payment.
