Timezone replies via email with other available rental machines for reference/upsell (list is pre-set; anything not on it needs head-office approval).
If the client has preferred machines, Timezone sends a cost estimate/quotation covering the machines plus delivery, manpower, insurance, and other charges, including T&Cs and a data privacy form.
Once the client approves the cost, Timezone processes all documents, secures payment/down payment, arranges machine insurance, and coordinates with relevant departments to prepare for delivery.
Machines are delivered to the client's event venue.
After the event, logistics handles the egress process, returning the machines to their original location.
