What is a powercard?

Powercard is a plastic reusable card that is used to play the Timezone game machines.

What is the validity of my Timezone Powercard?

Powercard may be used anytime as long as it’s in active status. Powercards will become inactive after 12 months of not being tapped at any of our venues.

Can I use my powercard at all Timezone branches?

Yes, you can use your powercard at all Timezone venues.

Does my powerload and tickets have expiration?

Yes, powerload and tickets expire. If your card was not used to reload in-venue or tapped a game in the venue within 12 months, all your powerload and tickets in the Powercard will expire.

Do note that reloading online without tapping your Powercard to play at the venue cannot keep the credits and tickets active.

How do I check my balances?

You may visit any Timezone venue if you wish to check your balances. Check your Balance swipers are located at the counter. You can also register your powercard on the Timezone Fun App to monitor your card online.

How can I redeem a prize?

Select your desired prize at the counter or Prize Shop and check on its corresponding ticket value. If you have enough tickets earned, then you can redeem your desired prize by approaching any Guest Service Attendant at the counter to assist you.

Do you accept credit cards and other online payment channels?

For now, we only accept cash payments. Online payments will be available soon.

What are your operating hours?

Operating hours vary per Timezone venues. It usually follows mall hours.

How do I apply for a job at Timezone?

You may check the Careers page in this website and select “Timezone Philippines” in the country tab to check out the available jobs.

Can I purchase a prize from your Prize shop?

Prizes from the redemption counter cannot be purchased. Prizes are only redeemable in exchange of your earned tickets.

Where are your branches located?

We have Timezone venues nationwide. Please check our locations here.

What happens if I lose my powercard?

You can recover your balance and tickets and ask for a card replacement if you registered your powercard on the Timezone Fun App.

Ensure your Fun App account name matches your actual name and date of birth to help verify your identity if you lose your powercard.  

Please present your Fun App and valid ID to the Fun Squad at your favorite venue to request replacement.

If the card has not been registered on the Fun App, there's no recovering it.

Online Reload

Is online reload available?

Yes, you can now reload your powercards using the Timezone Fun App using the steps below.

  1. Log-in
  2. Click Reload
  3. Select the offer your want to buy
  4. Proceed with online payment (Gcash, Mastercard, Visa, ShopeePay, GrabPay)
  5. After successful payment, your credit will reflect on your powercard balance.

Can I get a refund?

All sales done on the Timezone Fun App are final and non-refundable.

My card is already registered to the app, how do I reload my card?

Simply navigate to the Reload section. Toggle the top list to select the card you want to reload. View all the reload offers available for that card. Select the offer you want and proceed with the payment process.

What if my transaction does not go through?

Please reach out to our customer service team so we can investigate. You can reach them on the chat box on the lower right of the screen or on our official Facebook page.

Where can I find my tax invoice?

Open your app and go to Account > My invoices. Select the invoice to view or save as PDF. Invoices are only available for transactions made in the last 3 months. Please contact us if you need invoices/receipts beyond 3 months.

Will I be able to use my reload right away?

Yes! Your reload game credits will be added onto your card and you can enjoy playing your favorite games right away!

Will in-app Reloads be reflected on my card?

Yes! Your new balance will be updated, and you will also be able to check the new balance in the venue by swiping/tapping your card.

Can I send a powerload to a Powercard that’s not registered to my account?

We don’t have that feature at the moment. As of today, you can only reload online for Powercards that are registered to your account.

I did not receive my credits after payment.

How do I log in to the Timezone Fun App?

Download & install the Timezone Fun App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Register your powercard and personal information through the guided steps.

What are the features of the Timezone Fun App?

Timezone Fun app gives you the ability to reload your Powercards, receive e-vouchers for reward benefits, view and track all your Powercards, play and win prizes and receive offers and special deals directly on your mobile device. Once you've installed the Timezone Fun app, you'll also have the ability to receive notifications for exclusive deals and explore our venue locations.

How do I get the Timezone Fun app for my phone?

Download the Timezone Fun app on your iPhone from Apple App Store or Timezone Fun app on your Android from Google Play. Our Mobile App is completely free to download and install.

Is my phone supported?

Timezone Fun app is supported on the following platforms:

iOS 11 or above (iPhone and iPod touch)

Android OS 7.0 and above. Here is the list of ARCore supported devices for reference: https://developers.google.com/ar/devices

Is my Timezone Fun app the latest version?

If your Timezone Fun app is no longer working, you may be using an outdated version that is no longer supported. Please download the latest version from App Store or Google Play by searching for the app by name.

Is the Timezone Fun app secure?

Timezone Fun App uses global online payment providers which are certified with level one PCI DSS compliance, the highest level of encryption available. This ensures that all payment data is safeguarded. For authentication, Timezone has implemented multi-factor authentication (MFA) that requires a user to provide two or more verification factors to gain access to the application. This is used to protect and secure user data.

Can I use the Timezone Fun app on multiple devices?

Yes! You can be signed in to your Timezone Fun app account on more than one device at the same time.

My Powercards

Where are my registered Powercards?

Ensure that you have registered your new app account with the same email or phone number with which your Powercards were previously registered. Once that is done, you will find all your registered Powercards in your app.

Powercard balances are incorrect.

Balances may take some time to appear in the app. If it does not reflect after 24 hours, please get in touch with us, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

I cannot add my Powercard

If you receive an error message, try to enter the numbers manually. If the error persists, please get in touch with us, and we will help you resolve the issues as soon as possible.

How do I add a Powercard?

Using the Timezone Fun App, you can allow the camera function to scan your card number automatically. You will have to enter your CVV number and add a nickname for the card.

How do I check my Powercard balance?

Checking your Powercard balance is quick and easy! Sign in to your Timezone account, go to the Powercard section and select the card you wish to view the balance on. Swipe right/left to switch between Powercards.

My Rewards

I did not receive my benefits

If the benefits are provided via e-vouchers, you should see them in the e-voucher section of your app. If you feel any are missing, please contact us on Facebook and we will assist you asap.

Card colour or tier is wrong.

The card that you see in the app reflects the card that you are holding. If you are already qualified for an upgrade, please head to any Timezone venue for a new Powercard. Once you have this new, upgraded card, please add it to your account to track and receive rewards.

My e-vouchers

How do I redeem my e-vouchers?

Just present your registered Powercard and e-voucher at any Timezone venue to redeem by scanning the voucher barcode on your app.

Where can I find my e-vouchers?

Select “My vouchers” option at the top of the app screen to view your active e-vouchers. Click “View All” to see all vouchers and toggle to view active, redeemed, or expired ones.

My Account Details

How can I change my password?

Sign in to your account, click " Account " and select "Profile". In the “Personal Details” section, scroll down to the bottom of the page, select “Change password” update the section with your new password and select “Set new password “to save the update.

How can I update my username, email address, address and mobile number?

Sign into your account, click " Account " and select "Profile". In the “Personal Details” section update your details and select “Save” to save the updates.

My birthdate is incorrect in my account. How can I change this?

Please reach out to our Fun Squad at you favorite venue and present a valid ID stating your correct birthdate, and we will update it as long as your other details matches your presented valid ID.

How can I delete my account?

There are two ways to delete your account:

In-App Deletion:

  1. Go to the “Account” menu and “Profile” section within the app.
  2. Look for the Delete account at the bottom of the page.
  3. Select “Yes, delete my account” to confirm account deletion.

Webform Request:

  1. Go to Timezone Website > Contact Us and fill in the required fills in the form.
  2. Provide the email/mobile number that is linked to the account that you would like to delete.
  3. Attach a screenshot of your account profile from the Fun App or the Member Portal to confirm your ownership of the account before deletion.

What data will be deleted when I delete my account?

We will delete all data associated with your account, subject to legal or regulatory requirements. This may include information like your profile information such as username, date of birth, preferences, and any data you have created during sign-up.

How long does it take to delete my account data?

There are two ways to delete your account:

In-App Deletion: The Account is deleted immediately.

Webform Request. The account will be deleted within 7 working days, and the requester will receive confirmation via email from the Fun Squad once the deletion process is completed.

What happens if I delete my account?

Profile: Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated data with your account and Timezone will no longer have any of your account information such as your username, email address, phone number and date of birth. Once the delete process is complete, it cannot be undone. If you need to create an account using the same email or phone number, you must wait 30 days before signing up again on the Timezone Fun App or Member Portal.

Card: Any card linked to your account will be deleted and will no longer be eligible for any rewards linked to that card.

What name should I use on the Timezone Fun App?

Ensure your Fun App account name matches your actual name and date of birth to help verify your identity in case you need to request transactions regarding your account. We request to see Valid IDs to proceed with certain transactions relating to ownership or powercards, Fun App account, vouchers, and rewards.

What features does the Timezone Fun app have?

Timezone Fun app gives you the ability to reload your Powercards receive e-vouchers for reward benefits, view and track all your Powercards, play and win prizes and receive offers and special deals directly on your mobile device. Once you've installed the Timezone Fun app, you'll also have the ability to receive notifications for exclusive deals and explore our venue locations.

What are the Promotions in the app?

The promotions include exclusive promotions and those that are available for all our guests. The coloured flags on each promotion (red, blue, gold, platinum) tells if the promotion is application to all card tiers or exclusive to selected ones.

How do I win games prizes?

When you complete a challenge, there may or may not be a prize voucher won. If there is, it will appear on the e-vouchers section of the app. You can then proceed to any Timezone venue to redeem the prize.

How can I change themes?

Sign into your account, click " Account " and select "App theme". Under the theme options, tap a theme to enable it. You can switch themes at any time.

What is Timezone Rewards?

Timezone Rewards is a loyalty program that allows you to earn rewards for playing and having fun at any Timezone venue in the Philippines. Different fun rewards and prizes await you online and offline. Get free powerload, e-tickets, exclusive benefits, and more.

How does Timezone Rewards work?

To start earning rewards, register your Timezone Powercard on the member portal. There are four levels of membership rewards. Check out the table above to see the required cumulative spend for each tier for you to enjoy the rewards.

Why should I register my Timezone Powercard?

Registering on the portal lets you access your card details online and gives you the following benefits. It is also the only way to enjoy loyalty rewards from Timezone. If you are not registered to the member portal, you can't start earning your rewards.

  • Reasons to sign up:
    • Enjoy Timezone loyalty rewards.
    • Safeguard your credits in case you lose your card
    • Check your e-tickets.
    • Check your membership tier progress

What do you mean by cumulative spend?

Cumulative spend is based on the cash load accumulated in a Timezone Powercard in one particular Timezone venue. This excludes bonus loads and other credits from special offers, promotions, and Timezone gift certificates.

How can I check my cumulative spend?

Download the Timezone Fun App and register to see your card's cumulative balance.

What do I get as rewards?

Please check the Timezone Rewards table above to get to know more about the rewards you may get from each level.

How do I become a Timezone Rewards member?

Register your card with a valid email address and you can start getting the rewards and enjoy Timezone Rewards benefits.

I am an old Platinum / Gold card holder already; will I be downgraded?

No, you get to keep your Platinum status. Existing Gold and Platinum members will also enjoy the same benefits and privileges as the new Gold and Platinum members. 

Do I receive all the rewards automatically or do I still have to bring my Powercard to the counter?

  1. Some rewards are given as vouchers sent via email and SMS while some are automatically added to your card. When you get a voucher, go to the counter to redeem it.
  2. Download the Fun App to check your rewards.

What is a mid-tier bonus load voucher?

Mid-tier bonus load voucher is the bonus load you receive when you reach the mid-accumulated balance of the next tier. You will receive an email with a voucher when you reach the mid-tier.

How can I get my birthday rewards?

You will receive your birthday reward during your birthday month through your registered email address. 

I didn't get my rewards, what should I do?

Don't worry, just message us on Facebook with your card details and missing rewards so we can help.

What are Daily Free Plays?

Daily Free Plays are a non-transferable benefit exclusive to Powercard holders. They allow you to enjoy select games for free each day.

How do I activate Daily Free Plays?

Play daily and consecutively at the same Timezone venue by tapping your Powercard or making a transaction. Skipping a day resets your streak and your free game count to zero.

Where can I use my Daily Free Plays?

You can only use your Daily Free Plays at the Timezone venue where you last transacted.
For example, if your last transaction was at Timezone Trinoma, your free plays for the following day will only be valid at that same venue.

Can I accumulate my unredeemed Daily Free Plays?

The daily free games will expire and are refreshed daily so make sure you visit our arcade to redeem your daily free games.

Does the 10-person party package requirement include adults?

The minimum 10-person requirement for our standard party package counts playing guests. Guardians can accompany the kids, and the guardians are not required to avail the package.

Do you have packages for team buildings, corporate events, and exclusive events?
