What is a powercard?

Powercard is a plastic reusable card that is used to play the Timezone game machines.

What is the validity of my Timezone Powercard?

Powercard may be used anytime as long as it’s in active status. It will only become inactive if not used within 12 months.

Can I use my powercard at all Timezone branches?

Yes, you can use your powercard at all Timezone venues.

Does my credits and tickets have expiration?

Credits loaded and tickets earned into this card will be forfeited if not used within 12 months.

How do I check my balances?

You may visit any Timezone venue if you wish to check your balances. Check your Balance swipers are located at the counter.

How can I redeem a prize?

Select your desired prize at the counter or Prize Shop and check on its corresponding ticket value. If you have enough tickets earned, then you can redeem your desired prize by approaching any Guest Service Attendant at the counter to assist you.

Do you accept credit cards and other online payment channels?

For now, we only accept cash payments. Online payments will be available soon.

What are your operating hours?

Operating hours vary per Timezone venues. It usually follows mall hours.

How do I apply for a job at Timezone?

You may check the Careers page in this website and select “Timezone Philippines” in the country tab to check out the available jobs.

Can I purchase a prize from your Prize shop?

Prizes from the redemption counter cannot be purchased. Prizes are only redeemable in exchange of your earned tickets.

How can I book for a party?

Timezone party room is located at Ayala Malls Feliz. For inquiries and bookings, please call 7-508-3496.

Online Reload

Is online reload available?

Yes, you can now reload your powercards using the Timezone Fun App using the steps below.

  1. Log-in
  2. Click Reload
  3. Select the offer your want to buy
  4. Proceed with online payment (Gcash, Mastercard, Visa, ShopeePay, GrabPay)
  5. After successful payment, your credit will reflect on your powercard balance.

Can I get a refund?

All sales done on the Timezone Fun App are final and non-refundable.

My card is already registered to the app, how do I reload my card?

Simply navigate to the Reload section. Toggle the top list to select the card you want to reload. View all the reload offers available for that card. Select the offer you want and proceed with the payment process.

What if my transaction does not go through?

Please reach out to our customer service team so we can investigate. You can reach them on the chat box on the lower right of the screen or on our official Facebook page.

Where can I find my tax invoice?

Open your app and go to Account > My invoices. Select the invoice to view or save as PDF. Invoices are only available for transactions made in the last 3 months. Please contact us if you need invoices/receipts beyond 3 months.

Will I be able to use my reload right away?

Yes! Your reload game credits will be added onto your card and you can enjoy playing your favorite games right away!

Will in-app Reloads be reflected on my card?

Yes! Your new balance will be updated, and you will also be able to check the new balance in the venue by swiping/tapping your card.

Can I send a powerload to a Powercard that’s not registered to my account?

We don’t have that feature at the moment. As of today, you can only reload online for Powercards that are registered to your account.

I did not receive my credits after payment.

How do I log in to the Timezone Fun App?

Download & install the Timezone Fun App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Register your powercard and personal information through the guided steps.

What are the features of the Timezone Fun App?

Timezone Fun app gives you the ability to reload your Powercards, receive e-vouchers for reward benefits, view and track all your Powercards, play and win prizes and receive offers and special deals directly on your mobile device. Once you've installed the Timezone Fun app, you'll also have the ability to receive notifications for exclusive deals and explore our venue locations.

How do I get the Timezone Fun app for my phone?

Download the Timezone Fun app on your iPhone from Apple App Store or Timezone Fun app on your Android from Google Play. Our Mobile App is completely free to download and install.

Is my phone supported?

Timezone Fun app is supported on the following platforms:

iOS 11 or above (iPhone and iPod touch)

Android OS 7.0 and above. Here is the list of ARCore supported devices for reference: https://developers.google.com/ar/devices

Is my Timezone Fun app the latest version?

If your Timezone Fun app is no longer working, you may be using an outdated version that is no longer supported. Please download the latest version from App Store or Google Play by searching for the app by name.

Is the Timezone Fun app secure?

Timezone Fun App uses global online payment providers which are certified with level one PCI DSS compliance, the highest level of encryption available. This ensures that all payment data is safeguarded. For authentication, Timezone has implemented multi-factor authentication (MFA) that requires a user to provide two or more verification factors to gain access to the application. This is used to protect and secure user data.

Can I use the Timezone Fun app on multiple devices?

Yes! You can be signed in to your Timezone Fun app account on more than one device at the same time.

My Powercards

Where are my registered Powercards?

Ensure that you have registered your new app account with the same email or phone number with which your Powercards were previously registered. Once that is done, you will find all your registered Powercards in your app.

Powercard balances are incorrect.

Balances may take some time to appear in the app. If it does not reflect after 24 hours, please get in touch with us, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

I cannot add my Powercard

If you receive an error message, try to enter the numbers manually. If the error persists, please get in touch with us, and we will help you resolve the issues as soon as possible.

How do I add a Powercard?

Using the Timezone Fun App, you can allow the camera function to scan your card number automatically. You will have to enter your CVV number and add a nickname for the card.

How do I check my Powercard balance?

Checking your Powercard balance is quick and easy! Sign in to your Timezone account, go to the Powercard section and select the card you wish to view the balance on. Swipe right/left to switch between Powercards.

My Rewards

I did not receive my benefits

If the benefits are provided via e-vouchers, you should see them in the e-voucher section of your app. If you feel any are missing, please contact us on Facebook and we will assist you asap.

Card colour or tier is wrong.

The card that you see in the app reflects the card that you are holding. If you are already qualified for an upgrade, please head to any Timezone venue for a new Powercard. Once you have this new, upgraded card, please add it to your account to track and receive rewards.

My e-vouchers

How do I redeem my e-vouchers?

Just present your registered Powercard and e-voucher at any Timezone venue to redeem by scanning the voucher barcode on your app.

Where can I find my e-vouchers?

Select “My vouchers” option at the top of the app screen to view your active e-vouchers. Click “View All” to see all vouchers and toggle to view active, redeemed, or expired ones.

My Account Details

How can I change my password?

Sign in to your account, click " Account " and select "Profile". In the “Personal Details” section, scroll down to the bottom of the page, select “Change password” update the section with your new password and select “Set new password “to save the update.

How can I update my username, email address, address and mobile number?

Sign into your account, click " Account " and select "Profile". In the “Personal Details” section update your details and select “Save” to save the updates.

My birthdate is incorrect in my account. How can I change this?

We are happy to review this change for you. Please contact us with your ID stating your correct birthdate, and we will update it as soon as possible.

How can I delete my account?

There are two ways to delete your account:

In-App Deletion:

  1. Go to the “Account” menu and “Profile” section within the app.
  2. Look for the Delete account at the bottom of the page.
  3. Select “Yes, delete my account” to confirm account deletion.

Webform Request:

  1. Go to Timezone Website > Contact Us and fill in the required fills in the form.
  2. Provide the email/mobile number that is linked to the account that you would like to delete.
  3. Attach a screenshot of your account profile from the Fun App or the Member Portal to confirm your ownership of the account before deletion.

What data will be deleted when I delete my account?

We will delete all data associated with your account, subject to legal or regulatory requirements. This may include information like your profile information such as username, date of birth, preferences, and any data you have created during sign-up.

How long does it take to delete my account data?

There are two ways to delete your account:

In-App Deletion: The Account is deleted immediately.

Webform Request. The account will be deleted within 7 working days, and the requester will receive confirmation via email from the Fun Squad once the deletion process is completed.

What happens if I delete my account?

Profile: Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated data with your account and Timezone will no longer have any of your account information such as your username, email address, phone number and date of birth. Once the delete process is complete, it cannot be undone. If a guest needs to create an account using the same email or phone number, they can simply sign up again on the Timezone Fun App or Member Portal.

Card: Any card linked to your account will be deleted and will no longer be eligible for any rewards linked to that card.

What features does the Timezone Fun app have?

What are the Promotions in the app?

The promotions include exclusive promotions and those that are available for all our guests. The coloured flags on each promotion (red, blue, gold, platinum) tells if the promotion is application to all card tiers or exclusive to selected ones.

How do I win games prizes?

When you complete a challenge, there may or may not be a prize voucher won. If there is, it will appear on the e-vouchers section of the app. You can then proceed to any Timezone venue to redeem the prize.

How can I change themes?

Sign into your account, click " Account " and select "App theme". Under the theme options, tap a theme to enable it. You can switch themes at any time.
