Timezone Rewards Terms & Conditions

General Conditions  

  • Timezone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program or its benefits at any time without prior notice.
  • All rewards are subject to verification and may be revoked in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of terms. Participation in the program implies acceptance of these terms.
  • Only guests registered on the Fun App are eligible to earn Timezone rewards. 

 

Card Status  

  • To qualify for rewards and exclusive benefits, your Timezone Powercard must be registered on the Fun App and remain active.
  • A card is considered active if it has been used to tap and play at any Timezone venue in the last 12 months. 

 

Daily Free Plays  

  • Daily Free Plays are credited only when the Powercard is tapped at the same Timezone venue for at least two consecutive days. Skipping a day resets your streak and your free game count to zero.
  • These free play credits are not cumulative, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.
  • Daily Free Plays are only valid at the venue where the last tap occurred and will not be honored at other venues.
  • Daily Free Plays apply only to Blue Swiper games. 

 

Free Play Vouchers for New Games  

  • Vouchers for new games will be issued through the Timezone Fun App at the sole discretion of Timezone.
  • Availability, game selection, and validity periods may vary. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. 

 

Voucher Expiration and Redemption  

  • All reward vouchers have a fixed expiration date.
  • Guests must redeem vouchers before the stated expiration date. Redemption on the expiration date is not guaranteed due to system processing times.
  • Timezone will not reissue expired vouchers, and extensions will not be granted under any circumstances. 

 

Welcome Gift and Box  

  • Welcome gifts and boxes are subject to availability and may vary depending on the memberโ€™s tier and location.
  • Timezone reserves the right to substitute items of equal value or cancel the offer without prior notice. Gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

 

Holiday Gift  

  • Holiday gifts are subject to availability and require a voucher for redemption. These gifts are issued sometime within the last quarter of the year.
  • Timezone reserves the right to substitute items of equal value or cancel the offer without prior notice. Gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

 

Name Engraving  

  • Guests may choose any preferred name or nickname to be printed on their personalized Powercard. Timezone reserves the right to reject names that are offensive, misleading, impersonate others, or violate brand guidelines. Once printed, names cannot be changed or reissued unless due to a verified error. 
  • Printing may take approximately 2โ€“3 weeks after upgrading. 
  • If a card is lost, it may be reissued and re-engraved, provided the card is registered under your real name in the Fun App. In such cases, guests must present a valid ID that matches the registered name in the Fun App to verify ownership. 

 

Membership and Rewards  

  • Rewards are based on cumulative spend at Timezone, excluding bonus loads, promotional credits, or refunds. Some rewards are automatically credited, while others are issued as vouchers via the Timezone Fun App. 
  • Guests must ensure their Powercard is registered and linked to the Fun App to receive and redeem rewards. 
  • Guests are responsible for keeping their app and contact details up to date. Timezone will not be liable for technical issues beyond its control. 

 

Invitation to Exclusive Events  

  • This benefit applies only to select events at Timezone. Guests will be invited via email or SMS alert. 

 

Exclusive Offers from Partners  

  • Exclusive offers from partners are subject to availability and specific offer terms and conditions. Timezone and partner merchants reserve the right to modify or discontinue offer terms without prior notice. 
  • Offer details and availability will be listed in the Fun App or communicated via SMS. 

 

Voucher Issuance  

  • Vouchers are issued via the system, and guests are notified via SMS, email, or push notification. If vouchers are delayed due to technical issues, guests are encouraged to contact Timezone.
  • Timezone will make reasonable efforts to resolve voucher delays.
