- Pokémon MEZASTAR will be available at all Timezone venues starting from 1 April 2025.
- To play Pokémon MEZASTAR, the purchase of Poké-Credit is mandatory. A minimum reload of $10 is required to receive 5 Pokémon Mezastar Games (equivalent to 5 Poké-Credits).
- Each Poké-Credit entitles you to play one (1) Game of Pokémon MEZASTAR. No e-tickets will be issued for purchases of Poké-Credits.
- The Poké-Credits must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase; any unused Poké-Credits will expire after this period.
- Note that your Poké-Credits are only valid at the specific venues where they were purchased and cannot be utilized at different Timezone venues.
- Free games available for Gold and Platinum tier memberships do not apply to Pokémon MEZASTAR.
- The Timezone Powercard, game credits, and e-Tickets will expire if they are not used for 12 months, without any top-up/ game transactions.
- In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Timezone's Management will be final.
