1. Entry is subject to all conditions displayed on the booking confirmation email and at the front entry.
2. No food, beverages or animals may be brought onto the premises without prior consent by Management.
3. Management reserves the right to inspect bags on entry and exit, and to refuse entry or remove guests for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with any condition of entry.
4. You should consider this participation an exercise in good judgement and act in a responsible manner while using the facility.
5. Timezone takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable experience. However, Timezone will not be liable to any person in respect of the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence (including the negligence of Timezone or its employees, contractors or agents) or otherwise. This exclusion of liability does not apply to liability which cannot by law be contracted out of.
6. Management reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms and conditions will apply to all transactions occurring after the date of publication.
7. Adults/carers are responsible for persons under their supervision.
8. Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you at the premises must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in loss or damage to Timezone.
9. Your image may be taken at any time for security purposes or for use in marketing materials, and you consent to the use of your image for these purposes.

TEEG Australia Pty Ltd (‘TEEG’) has engaged Vii Pty Limited (‘Vii’) to provide personalised eGift Card services. You acknowledge and agree that you must comply with the content guidelines set out below in order to use the personalised eGift Card services.

Content Guidelines for Personalisation

You must ensure that the images and videos that you upload (‘Content’) do not breach any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party (‘Rights’).

Images/videos must not contain:

• provocative, sexual, violent or otherwise offensive content;
• nudity or semi nudity;
• profanity or obscenities;
• firearms or weapons or appear to be violent or abusive;
• libellous, defamatory, discriminative or other content deemed offensive;
• material that could infringe copyright, including without limitation, images of celebrities, actors, musicians, sports people, cartoons or other famous people;
• racial, prejudicial or discriminatory subject matter;
• images that show illegal or anti-social behaviour;
• nationalistic, political statements or politically motivated messages or symbols; or
• material which may breach any laws or relevant standards or codes, or which may otherwise give rise to civil or criminal proceedings. (collectively ‘Sensitive Material’)

All videos and images that are submitted will be automatically screened prior to the personalised Timezone eGiftCard being issued to identify Sensitive Material. You acknowledge that the screening process may fail to identify Sensitive Material and agree that, notwithstanding the screening process, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that the videos and images uploaded by you do not contain Sensitive Material and comply with these content guidelines.

By uploading Content, you:

• confirm and warrant that you either own the Content, or have obtained of the owner of the Content and all persons appearing in the Content to use the Content in connection with the eGift Card Personalisation service;
• acknowledge that variations in colour, image quality and position may occur in the finished product and that the appearance of the Content on the finished Gift Card is dependent on the quality of the Content submitted by you;
• agree that the Content (and any personal information provided by you) will be used and shared with Vii and its suppliers for the management and fulfilment of your order.
• grant TEEG and Vii the right to use, modify, print, store and reproduce the Content for the purpose of providing the eGift Card personalisation service to you;
• consent to the use and disclosure of the personal information provided by you in the manner disclosed in these content guidelines and in TEEG’s and Vii’s privacy policies 
• acknowledge and agree that if you upload content that infringes any Rights, you will pay all losses, costs or expenses TEEG and Vii incur in connection with the infringement of such rights; and
• acknowledge that TEEG reserves the right to refuse and not fulfil your order if either TEEG or Vii, in their absolute discretion, consider that the Content is unacceptable, inappropriate or does not meet these content guidelines. In such instances, TEEG will notify you and any payments will be refunded.

1. Introduction

• These are the Terms that govern the relationship between you and Timezone when you purchase a birthday party package.
• By purchasing a birthday party package, the purchaser warrants that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Guarantees

• You are entitled to the benefit of a series on non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Except where we fail to comply with these consumer guarantees in connection with the provision of goods or services to you or are otherwise required to provide you with a refund by law, payments made in respect of birthday party bookings via this Website are non-refundable and are not available for exchange.
• We cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to complete your birthday party if you or any guests in your group are late.
• If, in unforeseen circumstances, Timezone encounters technical issues, your birthday party start time may begin later than the original booking start time.

3. Purchasing a Birthday Party Package

• The purchasing of birthday party packages and extras may be subject to credit card and other fees. Timezone reserves the right to vary the amount of this transaction fee from time to time, as specified in the booking purchasing process.
• Birthday party prices are subject to change. Any change will only apply to bookings made after the date that the change is published. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
• Birthday party booking deposits can be paid through this website or over the phone by using a major credit card or PayPal. Your credit card or PayPal account will be debited at the time of booking.
• Birthday party booking deposits can also be paid at any Timezone venue by using EFTPOS or Cash. Your EFTPOS account will be debited at the time of booking.
• Timezone uses the DPS Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. DPS processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.
• Timezone does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by DPS.
• DPS have bank-grade security. All transaction details are stored in their PCI-DSS compliant Data Centre.
• DPS Payment Express Software is certified with over 200 banks globally. Visit www.paymentexpress.com for more info on online credit card payments.
• Payments are processed in real-time.
• Handle your birthday party confirmation email as you would cash. Be cautious if someone offers to sell you this document – it has no official resale value and may be an unauthorised copy. You release Timezone from any liability, claim or the like arising as a result of TIMEZONE honouring a stolen or unauthorised copy of an e-voucher. Lost, damaged or stolen birthday party confirmations cannot be replaced.
• Timezone reserves the right to refuse any order placed for any Timezone birthday party package. Management reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised terms on this website. Any such changes will only apply to bookings made after the date that the updated Terms and Conditions are published.
• A $100 deposit is required when booking your party; the final balance may be paid on the day of the booking. A minimum of 3 business days’ notice from the date of the birthday party is required to receive a refund of the deposit amount.

4. Birthday Party Restrictions and Requirements

• There is a minimum of 10 guests required for each birthday party booking.
• No external food or beverage is permitted, unless in relation to a food allergy which the venue has been made aware of or unless prior consent is given by management. The exception to this rule is for birthday cakes, which are permitted.
• If your birthday party package includes food and/or beverages, your birthday party group will either be eating in the venue’s party room, subject to availability.
• You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your birthday party start time to ensure your party begins on time.
• Timezone birthday parties run for the following approximate length of time:

1. 1. 1. 1. Two and a half (2.5) hours.

• • • Where your birthday party package includes access to a space for cake cutting and food, the space will be available for up to 45 minutes only. Please note that though every endeavour is made to guarantee tables are available for adults, during busier periods this may not always be possible. Please check this upon booking with a venue.
    • The following information must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the time that the birthday party is scheduled to occur:

1. 1. 1. 1. The final number of guests attending;
         2. Any special dietary requirements i.e. vegetarian or food intolerances (if applicable to the birthday party package you have purchased); and

• • • If you would like to order any additional platters, cake or extras (if applicable to the venue you have booked with). Note that platters cannot be cancelled within 72 hours of the party.
    • The minimum age for children at Timezone parties is 5 years old.

5. Arcade Game Inclusions

• Timezone has a colour system for games based on the type of game. The conditions that apply to each game type are as follows:
  • RED card readers are ticket games and are available for the entire duration of your party based on the venue and chosen package.
  • YELLOW card readers are video games and are available for the entire duration of your party based on the venue and chosen package.
  • PURPLE card readers are prize games and may have no or a selected number of plays based on the venue and chosen package.
  • GREEN card readers are attraction-based games and may have no or a selected number of plays based on the venue and chosen package.
  • BLUE card readers are restricted or featured games and may have no or a selected number of plays based on the venue and chosen package.
  • ORANGE card readers are photo booth style games and may have no or a selected number of plays based on the venue and chosen package.
• No additional Powertickets are awarded during time play including birthday party packages.

6. Bowling, Bumper Cars and Laser Tag

• Some Timezone venues offer additional attractions to add to your party. When adding additional attractions to your party, such as Laser Tag, ensure you review any restrictions of these attractions prior to booking them.
• Restrictions can include (but are not limited to) age, height, weight, and capacity limitations.

1. These terms govern the purchase of booking vouchers through the Timezone website. By purchasing a booking voucher, you agree to be bound by the version of these terms published on this website at the time that you completed your purchase.

2. You are entitled to the benefit of a series of non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. b) In the case of services, to the:

(i) Resupply of the services; or

(ii) Payment of the cost of resupplying the services.

4. Booking vouchers are valid for the duration of the booking and will expire once the booking date and time have passed.

5. We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking to check-in and undergo any necessary safety briefing.

6. We cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to complete your activities if you or any guests in your group are late.

7. If Timezone encounters technical issues your booking start time may be delayed.

8. Where you purchase a concession booking voucher, suitable identification must be provided at the venue. Timezone reserves the right to refuse to honour concession booking vouchers where you or your guests (as applicable) are unable to produce suitable identification.

9. Purchases made through this website may be subject to credit card and other fees. These fees will be identified during the booking process. Timezone reserves the right to vary the amount of this transaction fee from time to time.

10. Prices are subject to change without notice due to any changes in government charges, taxes or levies. All prices in AUD and include GST.

11. Booking vouchers can only be purchased through this website through the use of a major credit card or PayPal. Your credit card or PayPal account will be debited at the time that you purchase the voucher.

12. Timezone uses the Windcave Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Windcave processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.

13. Payments are processed in real-time and Timezone does not have access to your full card number.

1. Treat Powercards like cash. Timezone will not be held responsible for defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Powercards and these will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
2. Register your details on our website or via the Fun App and we may be able to transfer your Powertickets and cash balance.
3. The credit balance on this Powercard is redeemable for game use at Timezone, Zone Bowling and Kingpin venues within Australia only.
4. A Powercard cannot be used for birthday party deposits, to purchase time play packages, to purchase gift cards or to acquire Timezone goods and/or services online.
5. This card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be re-sold.
6. The credit balance and Powertickets on this Powercard cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. No change will be given for the remaining balances but any remaining balance may be applied to future play credit.
8. Powercard credit balances including play credit and Powertickets cannot be combined with other Powercards.
9. Card balances and e-tickets will expire one year from the date of last use, at which time any unused balance and Powertickets will be forfeited.

2. Sharing of Time Play will result in the forfeit of package inclusions.

4. All games and inclusions must be used in the allocated time.
5. The allocated time begins after the successful completion of the purchase (the transaction) and the time play package cannot be used at a later date or time in future. 
6. A delay between each successful tap is used to reduce the risk of Time Play packages being shared.

1. Timezone Rewards was launched on Monday 2 March 2020 with benefits accumulating from this date.
2. Timezone Rewards is calculated on Rewards Points which equates to total spend across Timezone venues.
3. One (1) Reward Point equals One AUD Dollar ($1).
4. Game credits that are awarded for every 250 and 1000 Reward Points are sent to your Fun Account via an in-app redemption voucher.
   
   For clarification, for each 1,000 Reward Points, you are awarded 2 x $25 vouchers only. For example, 1x $25 voucher is sent at 250, 500, and 750 Reward Points. 2 x $25 vouchers are sent at 1,000 Reward Points. 1 x $25 voucher is then sent at 1250, 1500, and 1750 Reward Points. 2 x $25 vouchers are sent at 2,000 Reward Points and so on.

Definitions:

• AM.PASS Card means a AM.PASS Card with a linked PIU Game ID (which must be registered on or before the date in which a guest Registers for the Tournament) that allows a guest to play the Pump It Up arcade game at a Participating Venue.
• Eligible Participant means a guest who meets the eligibility criteria outlined in clauses 2 - 4.
• Event Organiser means Andamiro Co., Ltd.
• Freestyle Round means the Freestyle Round in accordance with clause 6.
• International Tournament means the tournament to be held by the Event Organiser at KINTEX Exhibition Center 1, Kintex-ro, Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea on a date as determined by the Promoter and on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Event Organiser in its discretion.
• Participating Venue means:

• Promoter means TEEG Australia Pty Ltd of 8/60 Miller St, North Sydney NSW 2060.
• Register or Registration means the Eligible Participant registering for the Tournament during the Registration Period at a Participating Venue in accordance with clause 3.
• Registration Period means the period between 10:00 AEST on 19 January 2026 to 23:00 AEST on 28 February 2026. Trading hours vary by venue.
• Speed Round means the Speed Round in accordance with clause 6.
• Tournament means the Timezone Pump It Up Tournament governed by these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. This Tournament is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and above.

3. Eligible Participants must register to participate in the Tournament by completing the Event Organiser’s online registration form at https://piugame.com/leaderboard/event_desc.php in which a guest must:

(i) select the Eligible Participant is participating in the Speed Round; and

(ii) provide their full name, date of birth, gender (as those details appear on that Eligible Participant’s birth certificate noting that this classification is only used for competition grouping purposes and does not affect the Promoter’s recognition of all gender identities), AM.PASS Card number (linked to that guests’ PIU Game ID - guests can register for a PIU Game ID/link their AM.PASS Card at piugame.com), phone number and email address.

4. All Eligible Participants who have registered for the Tournament must retain a copy of the email confirming their registration to participate in the Tournament.  

5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify any details regarding the identity of any guest purporting to enter the Tournament. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any guest who is unable to produce satisfactory proof of identity, or who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Tournament. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's right to recover damages or other compensation from such guests is reserved at all times.

6. Eligible Participants must choose to compete in the Speed Round:

STAGE 1:

Stage 1 Tournament Dates: between 10:00 AEST on 19 January 2026 to 23:00 AEST on 28 February 2026. Trading hours vary by venue.

Stage 1 Tournament Location: Each Participating Venue list above.

Details

(a) All Eligible Participants who have successfully Registered for the Speed Round of the Tournament can participate in Stage 1 by playing the Pump It Up arcade game by in ‘Speed’ mode at any Stage 1 Tournament Location during the Stage 1 Tournament Dates. Eligible Participants can play the Pump It Up arcade game in ‘Speed’ mode multiple times during the Stage 1 Tournament Dates.

(b) At the end of the Stage 1 Tournament Date (i.e. 23:00 AEST on 28 February 2026):

(i) one male Eligible Participant who has scored the highest score and places first (1^st), whilst playing the Pump It Up arcade game in ‘Speed’ mode, amongst all the male Eligible Participants in Stage 1; and

(ii) one female Eligible Participant who has scored the highest score and places first (1^st), whilst playing the Pump It Up arcade game in ‘Speed’ mode, amongst all the female Eligible Participants in Stage 1, 

across all the Participating Venues will progress to the International Tournament (“Stage 1 Winners”).

7. Each of the Stage 1 Winners will receive the following:

(a) a return economy airfare (including, where applicable, transfer flights) for one person departing from their nearest Australian capital city to and from South Korea Incheon International Airport;

(b) two (2) nights’ accommodation for one person;

(c)  hotel transfers for one person to and from Incheon International Airport and to and from Gyeonggi-do on the date of the International Tournament; and

(d) meals as set and provided by the Event Organizer,

(together known as “Package”)

8. The Package is subject to the following additional conditions:

(a) the International Tournament is a structured event, with the itinerary (including dates) as set by the Event Organizer. The components of the Package apply during those dates only.  If the Stage 1 Winner wishes to travel on a date which is outside the itinerary dates, then that Stage 1 Winner must pay for any additional costs incurred;

(b) the Promoter will not be liable for any costs, expenses, activities or items incurred or purchased by any Stage 1 Winner which are not expressly included in the Package;

(c) if any component of the Package is unavailable, the Promoter or Event Organiser, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute that component with an alternative of an equal or greater value and/or specification;

(d) each component of the Package is to be provided by a third party and may therefore be subject to terms and conditions imposed by that third party;

(e) the Promoter and Event Organiser’s sole obligation is to arrange and pay for the components of the Package on behalf of each Stage 1 Winner. The Promoter is not liable for, and to the extent permitted by law each Stage 1 Winner releases the Promoter from, any claim, cost, liability, loss or expense arising from or in connection with the Package which is not expressly included in the Package; and

(f) any component of the Package which a Stage 1 Winner elects not to utilise will be forfeited and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash and that Stage 1 Winner cannot make a claim against the Promoter as a result of such forfeiture.

9. Each Eligible Participant must adhere to the directions of staff during the duration of the Tournament. 

10. Eligible Participants must hold a valid passport and, at their own cost, obtain any necessary documents (i.e. visa) to travel to and from South Korea prior to participating in the International Tournament.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to modify the format and/or rules of the Tournament at its sole discretion. Eligible Participants will be notified of any such changes.

12.Each Eligible Participant consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Tournament (including any outcome), and promoting any goods or services provided by the Promoter.

13. If this Tournament is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to forced government closures, technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any person; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel any part of the Tournament, as appropriate.

14.Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).

15.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including any liability arising from a breach of the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including in negligence), for any injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of or in connection with this Tournament, including but not limited to any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control) or any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.

16. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the Tournament and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. The Promoter will also use, and handle PI as set out in its privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://www.timezonegames.com/en-au/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”). In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, if an Eligible Participant has provided their personal details at the time of Registration, the Promoter may, unless otherwise advised by the Eligible Participant, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Participant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Eligible Participants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how Eligible Participants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter may disclose PI outside of Australia; see the Privacy Policy for more details.
